Featuring **Agustín Esposito-Vigíl**, a Workplace Accessibility Expert with over 13 years of experience designing and scaling accessibility and disability programs across nonprofit, higher education, and tech—including Google and Head of Accessibility at Netflix. His work focuses on building inclusive systems and environments at scale, advancing equity through thoughtful design and strategy.

Agustín holds a master’s degree in International Development from Gallaudet University, whose bilingual (ASL and English) learning environment deeply informs his approach to accessibility as both a human right and a design imperative.
