On **February 25-26**, Harvard's Forum, *The Power of Community: Cultivating Bonds & Building Bridges*, will bring the community together to build skills in listening, dialogue, and increased empathy as paths to stronger relationships. Understanding and navigating differences can be challenging, so this year’s theme focuses on creating resilient partnerships, networks, and communities that help combat the exclusion and isolation caused by polarization.

Each session will offer insights that can help us to honor all parts of our identity, diffuse discord, and create constructive dialogues focused on understanding, rather than agreement. Join faculty, staff, and students for two days of networking, listening, and learning actionable strategies that make Harvard a place where everyone can thrive.

Sessions and topics and speakers include:

- Dignity: Resolving Conflict and Honoring Our Common Humanity with Donna Hicks;
- Teaching in Times of Crisis: Cultivating Community in the Classroom with Melani Cammett and Derek Penslar;
- Bridging Divides: Fostering Authentic Connection in Student Spaces with members of the Inclusion and Belonging Student Leadership Council;
- And other topics include neurodiversity, investing in communities, research that advances inclusive excellence and more.
